After you clean the terrace, clear the shelves in the garage, finally change the tires on the car, a little treat follows - a chocolate workshop at the Miele Experience Center", Dra\u017een Zeljkovi\u0107, who is behind the brand of chocolate candies, announced these days. Chosen.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anyone who follows his mastery on social networks and those who have tried his chocolate candies will understand that this is an opportunity that, if you love chocolate and the preparation of delicate desserts, you do not want to miss. Dra\u017een Zeljkovi\u0107's workshop, as he explained, consists of a theoretical and practical part, and regardless of experience in the kitchen, Dra\u017een will teach participants everything about the process of working with chocolate. According to him, the workshop will also teach about the composition of chocolate, proper tempering and making fillings for chocolate candies. After that, participants will have the opportunity to make their own filled candies and try traditionally handmade pralines and similar treats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop will last from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the price is HRK 1,100, and it will be held in the Miele Experience center. The number of places at the workshop is limited. You can find all the details here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHAT IS CHOZEN AND WHO IS DRA\u017dEN ZELJKOVI\u0106?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We wrote about Dra\u017een Zeljkovi\u0107 two years ago, when his chocolate candies became a big hit on social networks. He then revealed to us how his beginnings were quite unexpected and how everything started so that he started buying Belgian chocolate with less sugar for himself. At one point, he realized that he could make something out of the collected pile of chocolate, bought molds for making chocolate candies and started experimenting. Today, his Chozen is one of the most famous brands of chocolate candies in the country, and he recently won an important award at the world's largest chocolate masters competition. Namely, he returned from Athens, where the competition was held, with the award for the best vegan snack and second place in the Southeast Europe national selection.
