After you clean the terrace, clear the shelves in the garage, finally change the tires on the car, a little treat follows - a chocolate workshop at the Miele Experience Center", Dražen Zeljković, who is behind the brand of chocolate candies, announced these days. Chosen.

Anyone who follows his mastery on social networks and those who have tried his chocolate candies will understand that this is an opportunity that, if you love chocolate and the preparation of delicate desserts, you do not want to miss. Dražen Zeljković's workshop, as he explained, consists of a theoretical and practical part, and regardless of experience in the kitchen, Dražen will teach participants everything about the process of working with chocolate. According to him, the workshop will also teach about the composition of chocolate, proper tempering and making fillings for chocolate candies. After that, participants will have the opportunity to make their own filled candies and try traditionally handmade pralines and similar treats.

The workshop will last from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the price is HRK 1,100, and it will be held in the Miele Experience center. The number of places at the workshop is limited. You can find all the details here.

WHAT IS CHOZEN AND WHO IS DRAŽEN ZELJKOVIĆ?
